A1. We are an experienced factory since 1980. We specialized in stainless steel kitchenware and hotel appliances including pan, pot, whistling kettle, lunch box, chafing dish etc.
Q2. Can I customize my own logo?
A2. Customized logo is available. We can offer you logo of laser, electro corrosion or silk printing.
Q3. What is your packing?
A3. Packing with factory color box mostly, or according to your requirements.
Q4. Can I place a small order?
A4. Yes, small orders are welcomed too. We have no MOQ if pack with our factory color box. FYI, bigger order more discounts.
Q5. Can I get some samples?
A5. Yes, glad to provide sample for your reference in first time. Some samples are free.
Q6. What's your deliver time?
A6. Generally 15~35 days after deposit received and sample /confirm/ied. 1-10days for a small amount. It depends on client's order quantity.
Q7. What is your payment terms?
A7. TT (30% deposit paid before production, balance paid against copy of B/L).

Q8. How can I get to your factory?
A8. Our factory is located in the Hometown of China Stainless Steel Products. And we are only 30min to the airport.
